Due to demand and volume we currently do not take phone calls. We do offer support through email, so please reach out to us at info@solofootwear.co.uk to get your questions answered and the support you need.

Solo Footwear ships internationally
Due to the items being personally made for each customer, we do say that delivery of the item can take up to 21 working days to reach you, especially during busy periods
UK delivery options
All of our UK deliveries are made using Royal Mail and include delivery to Northern Ireland & the Channel Islands.
UK 5-7 days
Recorded, signed for. 5 to 7 working days: £3.95
Republic of Ireland and Europe delivery options
Standard Service. 7 to 10 working days: £5.70
International Signed for Service. 7 to 10 working days: £11.70
Rest of the World
Standard Service. 10 to 14 working day: £15.00
International Signed for Service. 10 to 14 working days: £21.00
Fast and secure payments can me made through PayPal, either by using your PayPal balance, or using your credit/debit card, even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
If your order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. Please check these requirements with the relevant authority before placing an order.
If you have chosen to have your order despatched via UK delivery, please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive. If it is already after 7 working days, we recommend that you first contact your local sorting office to check if they are holding it for you. If they do not have your parcel, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate this for you.
We despatch standard UK orders using Royal Mail standard delivery – a service that currently cannot be tracked.
If you chose to have your order despatched via special or recorded signed-for delivery, including our International signed-for service, please contact us and we will be happy to update you.
If you would like to send orders to more than one address, please place a separate order for each delivery address.
We will print any picture you want regardless the size, however, you should keep in mind that the smaller the image the worse the quality of the print will be.
Optimal size varies from item to item, but it is safe to say that an image at least as big as 4000 x 4000 pix. will result in an excellent quality print on most products.
Solofootwear.co.uk is a place for artists and people who want to be unique. We don’t check if you are the owner of the picture you intend to use, because we believe that you respect copyrights. However, if you don’t, remember that in many countries copyright infringement is a crime.
We try our best to make sure that the final product looks like the visualization on the site. Minor differences, however, may occur especially on sole edges, strap area around buttons. If you are not happy with your item contact our Customer service team.

The bottom of the sole will usually be white in colour.
Currently, you can order 4 seperate areas i.e 2 soles and 2 straps all are possible to have a different design.

No, you don’t. However, users with accounts can save their addresses instead of entering it manually every time, and can access their previous orders.
Important Notice
On-demand Print and personalised Sliders cannot be refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault. The product images shown are computer generated mock-ups, and the physical product may have variations in colours and print coverage.Just send it to our warehouse. All shipping costs for returned items are covered by the customer.
You will get the refund after we receive the returned item. Please keep in mind that refunds are not being processed on weekends and national holidays, so be patient.
